    All Project Active health & Fitness activities at Audley Travel are open and available to all staff, no matter current fitness level.

    Please dress appropriately for the chosen activity and do not forget to bring a drink.

    Outdoor Frisbee – ON HOLD

    Very social not to serious game of Frisbee, 2 teams and and a corrupt referee. Come and meet new people and put your physical skills, technique and decision making to the test! Join us and have a go!


    Total Body Circuits – Mondays & Thursday’s at 1815circuits

    The ultimate challenge in total body fitness circuit training is an effective way to develop both strength and cardiovascular fitness simultaneously.

    If you want to spend time getting your body into all round great shape, circuits will get the best results for your efforts. Each session is different using a range of equipment to keep the variety and motivation high.

    Our spinning classes are a great way for all fitness levels to have a vigorous workout, burning calories and keeping your muscles in shape! And you don’t have to wear a helmet! To ensure you get a full body workout we also work on your abs, with a variety of exercises making sure each one has an easy, moderate or challenging option so you can select the right one for your fitness.

    We finish with a gentle stretch to make sure you remain injury free and to avoid any lingering soreness

    During your exercise program at Audley Travel, every effort will be made to assure your safety.     Audley Travel and Project Active Ltd are released from any liability now or in the future for conditions that may result from participation in any on-site exercise program including but not limited to: heart attacks, muscle strains, muscle pulls, muscle tears, broken bones, shin splints, heat exhaustion, injuries to knees, injuries to back, injuries to feet, or any other illness or soreness that may occur, including death.
