Joanna’s aim is to help you identify the coping strategies that are relevant to you and your particular issue, to empower you to reach your goals and recognise your achievements.

    Joanna can draw on her skills and experience in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Suggestion Therapy and Hypnotherapy to help enhance your wellbeing.

    Stress Relief

    Most worries, anxieties and stresses are brought on by our current perceptions of past, present, current or future events. Using simple exercises, Joanna will help you see things as they really are in a non-judgemental way.  She will allow you the space to feel calm and peaceful and therefore re-energise, improve performance, reduce stress and gain a more balanced state of mental and physical well-being. The approach will help your focus and concentration and increase your self-awareness so that you can reduce stress and boost positive behaviour.

    Weight Loss – Hypnotherapy Counselling

    Just three sessions of our weight loss programme will enable you to gain a basic understanding of the issues around your eating habits, put new thoughts and goals in place and structure a plan for the future. The sessions will help you learn new ways to think and react around food and to feel motivated to exercise and look after yourself in a way which will be beneficial, not only for your weight but for a healthy body and mind in general. This will include a motivational CD to use as a tool towards reaching your new goals.

    Smoking Cessation – Hypnotherapy
