Spin – the calorie killer

Spinning classes are a great way for all fitness levels to have a vigorous workout, burning calories and keeping your muscles in shape. And you don’t have to wear a helmet!

Our spin classes use specially designed exercise bikes. We will show you how to set your bike up for optimal position for both comfort and performance. You control the resistance on your bike to make the pedaling as easy or as challenging as you can handle. Our bikes have toe-clips so you can wear any trainers or, if you prefer, the pedals also work with Shimano-style SPDs.

We will then take you on a 50-minute virtual ride, starting with a warm-up with a few hills and sprints thrown in, all set to great music to keep you motivated.
