    January Fitness Challenge 2016

    It fast approaching the end of 2015 and we are all now looking at fitness goals for 2016!Strava

    A great way to start is to simply get competitive!!

    The Fitness Challenge this January is quite simply based on TIME who can run for most and who can ride for the most time throughout the month!!

    It will start on January 1st!!

     

    The top person in each category will win either a pair of innov8 trainers of their choice or a Class Pass for the March/ April term of our Group Fitness Sessions

    All you have to do is join our Project Active Tribe strava group and log all you runs and rides.

    We will put up a leader board on each of the Sundays onto our facebook page so you can see who you need to beat or can you can see for yourselves when using the strava app. You can also see it on the tribe page

    FAQ’s

    • The challenge is open to all our PT, Corporate and Group Fitness Clients only.
    • Spin classes will count as ride of with a distance of 12 miles.
    • Circuits / Boot Camps will will class an hours running distance of 5 miles.
    • Walking the dog will count towards this as long as it logged under this.

    This really is a simple challenge that embraces the function of Strava but should you have any questions then please ask!
