New Term of Group Fitness for November / December 2013

Morning All 

I hope everyone is fit, well and enjoying the last few days in the sun?

This email is just a quick update regarding the current group fitness activities on offer. The current term currently ends the week ending 20th October.This was originally due my planned family holiday but because of my on going problem with my wrist that has now been canceled. Also due to my wrist injury I am afraid to say that Spin is still on hold and pending clearance from the medical consultant as to when I can resume back to 100%. I currently have no indication when this may be but I really do want to know as much as some of you. Total Body Circuits will continue for the time being which has been well received with lots of new (and old) faces. If you have not tried it I strongly urge you to come and have a go! 
Following on from the successful launch of our Self Defence Programme, new course details and venues will be released shortly. Where there will discounted rates should you commit to 2 of our classes.
November & December 2013 Term Details (Please note there is a new reduced cost for the under 18’s)
Day –   Mondays @ Stonesfield
Time – Class One @ 19.30
Cost –  Adults – £80 .00 for the 10 week term (guaranteed place each week) / £12.00 pay as you go (please contact to check availability)
Under 18’s – £50 .00 for the 10 week term (guaranteed place each week) / £8.00 pay as you go (please contact to check availability)

Gentle reminder that when committing for the term then that place is yours for the course duration and cannot be carried over. For any reason you cannot attend session then please let me know and I will try my utmost to swap you into the other class on the day or even on a different day at one of other venues. You can also go to our Facebook page and ask the question on there directly to other members. Alternatively you can simply ‘send a friend’ in your place!
I would like to offer all you who commit for the term an option to join our Bronze package on our ‘Coach Connect’  programme where you can log all your physical activity, nutritional habits on line and then review accordingly.
