“I have been training under Ben’s supervision since 2013, in various forms-  including circuit training, spin classes, hiking, mountain biking & personal training.

My overall strength and fitness have improved dramatically as has my aches and pains from posture-related issues from my work as a Dentist. I actually now enjoy fitness compared to my previous gym experiences. Most importantly my overall health, both physical & mental has massively improved.

Ben always varies the sessions making them challenging yet fun!

Ben’s manner is cool, calm and collected but when he speaks you listen –  you know you are in good hands!

Ben is motivating and puts you outside of your comfort zone in a measured way with excellent attention to exercise detail, body language and exercise adaptations to progress (or regress when needed)

Over the years Ben has organised various additional challenges on top of the regular sessions that I am pleased not only to join in with but to also actually complete!

  • Hadrians Wall Walk in 2016 a great success, covering 103 miles in 3 days.
  • Coast to Coast MTB  -96 miles  / three national parks in three days
  • Yorkshire 3 Peaks
  • The Fan Dance

Over the lockdown period, Ben has provided his clients with online Zoom body conditioning and spin classes, which have been brilliant and worked well with work and family life balance.

Most recently I have joined in on Project active mountain bike club, weekly meet up with like-minded people, for a fun relaxed ride through Oxfordshire country routes.

Ben has recently invested in stand up paddleboards(SUP)  and has invited clients to have a go.

Most excited I joined him with others and it made for a great start to the day  – an amazing experience!
