    Health & Fitness at Williams F1

    All health & Fitness activities at Williams F1 are open and available to all staff, no matter current fitness level. Please dress appropriately for the chosen activity and do not forget to bring a drink.

    Outdoor Football

    Very social not to serious game of lunchtime football, 2 teams and and a corrupt referee. Boots optional depending on the weather – no need for shin pads as it is not that serious  – Come and have a go

    Gym Consults

    Have a specific concern with the gym, training or general health & fitness then book a one to one to address your questions

    Gym Induction

    Group Gym Inductions are for your health and safety in the gym, no need to book just turn up in your training gear for a 30 minute hands on light workout where will cover the correct use of the gym equipment

    Abs Blast

    15 minute session to target those problem areas – Ab’s and Core. Meet in the gym and lets see what you are made of!

    Body Fat Checks

    Want to know your body fat percentage? pop along and find out, no need to get changed simply come armed with your weight in kgs and height in cm – takes about one minute

    Fitness Tests

    3 x tests to gauge muscular endurance, tests are at a continuous steady state until failure!

    During your exercise program at Williams F1, every effort will be made to assure your safety. In volunteering to participate in this exercise opportunity, you agree that, to your knowledge, you have no limiting physical conditions or disability that would preclude an exercise program.

    A physician’s examination is recommended for all participants with any exercise restrictions, including any heart problems, high blood pressure, chest pain dizziness, relevant surgeries, diabetes, asthma, epilepsy, arthritis, or significant injury to any part of the body.     Williams F1 and Project Active Ltd are released from any liability now or in the future for conditions that may result from participation in any on-site exercise program including but not limited to: heart attacks, muscle strains, muscle pulls, muscle tears, broken bones, shin splints, heat exhaustion, injuries to knees, injuries to back, injuries to feet, or any other illness or soreness that may occur, including death.
